To make sure your firestick is running on the most recent version of the operating system you need to check if it's updated: Under your circle button is the "Home" button - Hold that down until your screen changes Go to "settings" "My Firetv" "About" Click on the top option - it probably says "My 4k firestick" go to the bottom and "check for updates" If an update is available it will start to download automatically - once its done you'll see an option "Install update" - click on that to install.
